How far is the beach from the house?
Public beach access is just a short walk from the property — approximately 3–5 minutes on foot. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided in the garage for your convenience.
Is there parking available?
Yes! The home includes private driveway parking for 3–4 vehicles within the gated Seanest Village community. There is also additional street parking available nearby.
How do I access the community pools?
Seanest Village has two beautiful vanishing-edge community pools. Your gate code provides access to the community, and the pools are open from dawn to dusk. Pool towels are not provided — please bring your own or use beach towels.
Is there a golf cart available?
A discounted golf cart rental is available for guests — it's the best way to explore 30A! Details and booking information will be provided in your check-in instructions.
What streaming services are available?
The 85-inch display comes with a built-in smart TV with access to popular streaming apps. You can log into your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or other accounts. The TV also has surround sound and connects to the whole-home Alexa system.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes! All beds are made with fresh linens, and bath towels are provided for every bathroom. We also have extra blankets in each bedroom closet. Please note that pool and beach towels are not provided.

Can I host an event or party at the property?
Small gatherings may be permitted with prior written approval. Please contact us before booking if you plan to host any event. Seanest Village has quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM that must be respected.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — just ask! Your lockbox code will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
Is the property pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Sand & Sky 30A. This policy helps us maintain the property in pristine condition for all guests.
What kitchen equipment is available?
The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with Viking & Thermador professional appliances, a 48-inch gas range, espresso machine, KitchenAid mixer, blender, Instant Pot, and full cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware for 20+ guests. Check out the full amenities list for details.
What's nearby to do and eat?
Sand & Sky is ideally located near some of 30A's best communities: Seaside (shops, restaurants, The Truman Show town), Alys Beach (fine dining, boutiques), Rosemary Beach (galleries, courtyard dining), Grayton Beach (state park, the legendary Red Bar), and WaterColor (scenic parks, trails). A golf cart rental makes exploring easy and fun!
