Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request
- Lockbox code provided 24 hours before arrival
Property Rules
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events without prior approval
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy: 14 guests
Community & Beach
- Seanest Village gate code provided at check-in
- Community pools open dawn to dusk
- Beach chairs & umbrella located in the garage
- Please rinse off sand before entering the home
- Outdoor grill must be cleaned after use
Departure
- Start the dishwasher before leaving
- Take out all trash to outdoor bins
- Turn off all lights, fans, and TVs
- Set thermostat to 78°F
- Lock all doors and return any keys
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before check-in
- 50% refund if cancelled 30–59 days before check-in
- No refund for cancellations less than 30 days out
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
Damage & Security
- Security deposit required at booking
- Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay
- Please report any issues immediately
- Accidental damage protection available
